HELP with advertising/agreement

On my Forex site I am starting to get some heavy traffic, and a Forex firm has contacted me and told me they would like me to post a topic about the firm, and they would pay me 125$ for each time someone signs up from my site. Pretty simple.

Now, they said they want me to sign a standard CPA agreement? What is this?

    Should I be cautious?

    Thanks!

Ask for the agreement and give it a read. You're not bound by anything till you sign it.

He basically wants you to sign up as an affiliate, i.e. Commission Junction, Linkshare, etc. When you sign up for those, you have to "agree" to their terms as well. CPA is just "cost per action", i.e. they have to sign up for you to be paid. I'd go ahead and read the terms, sign it, and promote them on your blog. $125 per signup is an excellent offer.
