Hello I have a forum www.getrichforum.info and I'm considering on adding adsense, I'm fairly new in the forum arena so anyone experienced with some goo advice is more than welcome (green rep!) well thanks for reading!
Well I would start out getting a portal or a homepage of some sort. Forum's don't make that much. But try putting a banner perhaps 468x60 or leaderboard at the top of the forums sitewide. Since you are using subsilver theme, try blending the Link Title and URL the same color as the forum links. Make the text black and background white. Hope that helps (oOo rep) !
