Can't give you a concrete answer without seeing the site, but if it is nice, as an advertiser myself, and knowing others who do the same, I would say start out at no more than $50 for the text ads, no more than $200 for the rest. Use that as an "introductory offer." If they come back to advertise the third time, increase it by at least 50%.
