Help With Adplacement on my Forum?

I am not used to adding ads to a forum, but I decided to keep it simple and do a set of 3 text links and a banner in the top right of my forum, but I am not sure how to move the banner and links down more? I want them to be a little lower, so the links are only 5-10px from the bottom.

Also, how does the placement look? Should I place the ads somewhere else?

I don't think you will be able to get the ads a little lower on the page unless you are very good with php.

I think they are fine where they are at.

Im not sure if vbulletin is anything like phpbb forums but if it its you can always throw an ad block under the first post of each topic. You will need to have access to the viewtopic_body.tpl file that should be in your styles directory.

Just place the ad code before the <--End Postrow-->.

A block of ads, one or two ads under the first post in each thread, kind of like DP does here.

vb 3.7 has built in ad placement locations

just go to your templates, fine the Ad_location set, and place your google code in the blank templates ;)

    Simple as that :D

Thanks for clearing that up Loco.M I haven't ever used vbulletin

Diggity, I normally use a 728x90 ad under the frist post in each thread, the usually allows users to see the first post and your ad, then they scroll down to view the additional comments.
