Help with adding cascading to my drop-down-list

    I have this drop-down list that works successfully, when someone wants to search by keyword, channel or All. I'd like to add the ability where someone can search by sub-channel.

    Code (markup):
    A user/uploader can upload a video to a channel, and select a sub-channel, but currently can't search by sub-channel.

    How can I add code so that someone can select a sub-channel under each channel?
