    Hello,

I signed up with AdCenter yesterday and I had kind of a frustrating day. Finally worked most things out, but there is one thing that I'm not understanding.

On a couple of the campaigns that I started, I still am not seeing my ads when I search for them. Everything looks to be active. I'm unclear what I should do at this point. (Ads are showing on my other campaigns.)

On the keywords I'm using, there are only a couple of ads showing on the first page, but could it still be possible that my bid is too low? I'm just kind of lost to know how to proceed from this point. I hate to just start raising my bids without really knowing what I'm doing. Is there anywhere I can look in Adcenter that tells me that my ads aren't being displayed and why?

    Thanks,
    L.Trebbe

    Hi Lyndatreb,

There are a few things that you can look in to with your account if you have not looked at them already.

Budgets: Ensure that you have your budget set to an acceptable limit for the type of delivery you are looking to acheive per campaign. Please not that the campaigns budget will be shared among the child ad groups.

Bids: Ensure that your bids are aligned to allow for consistant delivery and not set to low.

Keywords: Take a look at your existing keywords.Do you have enough keywords to in your ad group to generate the expected traffic? If you only have a small handfull of keywords, you may want to work on expanding your keyword list to include possible tail-terms. Also, you can look in to your negative matchs to ensure that you have not excluded yourself by accident, it does happen.

With your keywords, you can also look at your match types. Most of the time, I have seen similar questions like yours with ad display, its that the user may have a small amount or not-so-common keywords and have them set to the Exact match type.

Ad Copy: Create your self 2 ad copies, 1 static, and 1 dynamic.

Average Position: If you notice that your AVG POS is lower than desired, all of the above will assist in boosting your performance data.
