Help with adbrite !! how to remove More places to advertise by this seller

I need Help with adbrite,

is anybody know how to remove : More places to advertise by this seller.
and i can't find away how to remove this.

i sent email to the support but i have to admit theie email support is very poor, and they take ages to answer you. (if they do).
but they are the best in everything specialy with payment and earning. no complains about adbrite.

you need to contact them.i had it removed.
the only way to get hold of them is calling.
