Just follow the white hat seo, put original idea in the content, your content should be fresh and SEO friendly that is enough. For adsense, I would say that when your site starts receiving more than 500 views then put adsense it would be better othrwise there is fear of account termination!
Pick a niche. I want some info is clever and creative but a total bust for Adsense as it targets nothing.
First main step is your content, and second is Excellent Traffic and third is Earning. Simple but Work Hard. Then you will be succeeded. Thanks.
