You should be able to edit any post within 8 hours of making it. Did you make it within the last 8 hours?

As far as the site verification, if you are uploading a "ridiculously long" HTML file, I would suspect you are uploading something wrong. What exactly are you uploading?

I tried editing after a few minutes and I did edit it and even clicked on save but it did not save the correction, now it is over 8 hours is there anything I can do? The file to verify is just a long string like 20 or 30 characters that I uploaded via FTP I was just being sarcastic about it being really long. I created a sub directory and placed the file in it even and it does not recognize it. Do I need to to place the file in the index file on the page would that be ok? I clicked on the help for changing the DNS which to me is confusing, is that a better way and not really that hard to do.

It shouldn't be in a sub-directory... it should just be named/located where it tells you...

Ok, but it tells you to create a text file but you are saying just create the /aag66aisysyydiisady.html file an upload it to the server so that it just goes to a blank screen but that it will be verified if it goes to page?

Well, if it's giving you a blank screen, then I would suspect you didn't put the right contents within the file...

In the title tag for the post what everyone sees before they open it up it has not one but 66 oroducts which should be 66 products. Let me ask you one other question is the only way if I wnt to end an auction early is to mark as sold and if I did that would it pose a problem if I wanted to relist that site?

Nope, you can't post a duplicate thread ever.

Would it still be considered a duplicate thread because it is the same domain and if it was posted from scratch with different wording? So After 8 hrs there is nothing that can be done to the post even by th poster like make corrections or end early?

Yes, selling the same domain in a duplicate thread would be a duplicate thread.

Hi,I have a question when I look at my latest started threads and I see the site that I am selling it says that I have like 900 views. What actually is considered a view is it that they seen the threads headline along with other threads on the page or is it actually 900 clicks that actually opened up the thread and viewed the actual ad?Thanks

    A view = thread opened.
