Help with a brand promise

    Hi Guys,

I'm trying to write brand promise to serve as a tagline for company that provides strategically outsourced services i.e. they provide security officers, cleaners, engineers, etc.
I'm not sure how to start. The line probably needs to get to the core of the business to explain what the service is and what the values are.
Has anyone seen any examples of strong brand promises that would be useful in starting this?

start by brain storming exactly what it is you are offering... what problem you are solving... what it the outcome you are going to create. Be quick, simple, list words, short thoughts, feelings, etc. Find the ones that have the most powerful, emotional response and start building around that.

idea 1: "Complete business staffing solutions."

idea 2: "Our core business is providing solutions for things that your staff shouldnt be doing"
idea 3 (same as 2 just reworded differently): "We supply and manage staff that support your business, to enable you to focus on what your business does best"

If you use this one idea 2 or 3, have a slider.
One image might be a high powered executive cleaning a toilet, you could have a tagline on this image of "are your staff wasting valuable company time? We can provide you with cleaners"
One image might be a guy wearing a ski mask, carrying IT equipment out the front door, with business people walking around him paying him no attention at all, and have the tagline of "Need security staff? We can provide you with security guards"
One image might be someone hammering a bolt (or screw) into place and have the tagline of "Need real engineers? We have you covered / we have the solution / we can provide you with engineers / qualified professional engineers are just a phone call away"

    Good luck

Make sure that it's short and sweet, addresses pains of the customer and/or solves problems for them. Or you can go the other way and make up something completely general, which could be relevant. For example: "We make the world around you better.", "Building a smarter and safer world for you."

    How about a little alliteration:

One-stop, Operations Outsourcing - We fill in the Gaps, wherever they occur.
