Help with 301 redirect

    How can I create a 301 redirect in my .htaccess file for my forum

    the old links were in phpbb and appear like this:
    /account-dumps-f45/topic10469.html
    Code (markup):
    and this
    /alcatraz-2010-pc-t37968.html
    Code (markup):
    New Links are in mybb and appear like this:
    /Thread-Firefox-saved
    Code (markup):

    could someone help me create a 301 redirect?
