[HELP] Widgets do not appear on blog

    I just have the basic WP theme, and when I move widgets over
    to the right, they do not appear on the blog page, in fact, nothing
    changes on the blog, the 2 widgets that are there remain...

    Why do widgets do not show after I move them over to the right side?
    I had another theme installed earlier, and the right widget bar did not even exist.

    Ideas?
