I am setting up some channels for Adsense to test which one is the best ads place. Rencently, I 've found out that the amount of money earning between channel data and aggregate data is different. The channel data has been earned more money than aggregate data when I checked the statistic. But Google is only credit the money according to the agregate data. Anyone know why? I think that I am losing some money now. Please help me.

It is probably that the channels overlap. Say you have a channel for the whole page, and a channel for the ads in the menu on that page. They measure the same thing (though the menu is obviously only going to get part of the clicks the whole page does). So if you add them up, you measure too much money - and get less then you might expect.

Sometimes data from channels are different because they don't always update in sync. Everything should even out at the end of day.
