    Who know what are "Baines and Ernst"?
    There are no Baines and Ernst in dictionary.
    I find it in the list of high paying adsense keywords. And 583 times search for it on Overture.

    EDIT: ah, nevermind, just saw you added some info on your first post. Forget about high paying keywords, they are a waste of time
