I would email the web site owners and ask them. Be clear that you are not trying to steal their mascot or to create something strikingly similar but that you liked the mascot so much that you'd like a mascot like that of your own. They may or may not tell you - it's up to them but who knows... they may have made that themselves instead of paying someone.

 

i dont know who created this mascot but if u want a quality mascot designer i know one here on dp "d3sign3r".
