I own both of these but not sure which one will be the best one to optimize............... mrytle-beach-real-estate.ORG or RealEstateMyrtleBeach.ORG Which one would you choose to use for the main domain ?
Since the phrase 'real estate myrtle beach' is searched for about 250 times as much as 'Real Estate Myrtle Beach' (74,000 vs. 260), I would pick RealEstateMyrtleBeach.ORG. It does have more competition as well, though, so it won't be as easy to get on the first page. Of course, getting on the first page of 'Real Estate Myrtle Beach' is useless if no one ever searches for it.
But when I chose search by Exact in googles keyword tool, this came up: [myrtle beach real estate] 1 - 3 $2.86 6,600 18,100 Jan Add Exact [real estate myrtle beach] 1 - 3 $2.86 590 1,300

Good point. I think after look at all of the different match types, they are pretty much the same. I'd use both, make one have static geographical information, and make one a blog.
Both domains are okay but I would choose the second option without the hyphens even though the wording of the first one sounds better.
