    Need to help to find a good spam filter plugin. I currently get a super high amount of non-sense and bad english totally non related spam comments..

    What did you guys install to get rid of it? Thx!

    Not only akismet but I have been installing this on all my client sites lately for a number of reasons. In this case since a lot of spam is bot related this will block it before anything on wordpress is even triggered.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/ninjafirewall/ it seems to work better than stuff like wordfence and it literally has no footprint at all. Its crazy fast.

    Its very cool. If the site has been up for a while watching the firewall log is the stuff of nightmares lol.. Works amazing though. Give it a whirl. Its a 2 second procedure to get running and has a live traffic log as well that proves useful for a range of things.

    I am using Askimet for all of my blogs and it perfectly keep spam away from my blog. I highly recommend it.
