I am trying to start a website resell company and want to know what are the best kind of websites to start to flip i.e. Real estate, credit, blogs, travel, affiliate, cars, auctions? Or whatever.... Please any and all input would be great. Keep in mind I am new
everything you mentioned can be really good and can get make you rich, and everything u mention can lose your time and also loses the vistors time, so Choosing is not the issue, but implementation and desinging and coding is the issue.
yep would have to agree with the blogging to start with being a WM is totally different and sometime harder than you think..
I have a blog that I started back in the end Oct. Creditrepair21.blogspot.com I have about 5-6 other domains that I can use to build blogs 3-4 of them credit related. I really appreciate the input. If anyone else has something to share please feel free to do so.
I have seen some very successful bloggers who write about their personal experiences, ramblings. Mommy blogs are also a hit these days. Bear in mind whatever you write on your blog / website, it should be meaningful and should add value for your readers.
You can start your blog using own domain and hosting with niches like real estate,finance,health,travel whichever you think good for you in terms of your knowledge and writing. So start with one which you think more comfortable for you. DON.
If your are new to blogs, sites and forums. its better to start blog first and then start a site or forum of your niche.
Everything which is unique gets sold soon. Create unique, think unique , content is the king, keywords must be hot!! and you get them sold at good price.
I'd also recommend starting with a blog. It's free and they are pretty easy to set up. Writing content would be your biggest initial challenge. Start several blogs on some of the subjects you mentioned and see how it all plays out. In other words, see which one(s) rankl best with the search engines.
