Google doesnt change title of any site, they dont have such access to your site, it must be someone you have given ftp or control panel access, who has changed it.
OP is not talking bout change in page title, its unchanged...he is talking bout Title and description displayed in SERPs i.e snippets IMO its not that surprising I have seen it couple of times that Google automatically generate this title tag...and over a few days,it will revert to it’s current title tag. About ranking drop I think its not the change in title tag IMO its due to the MFA(made for adsense) structure of your site.
You may want to double check your site on your server because title tags just don't change - also make sure that Google hasn't reverted back to some cached version of your site
ive noticed m y site can drop from the serps quite often but always comes back around a week later and always either page 1 or 2 why does it do this ?
I can't find the site with "wholesalejoblots" much less any of the other phrases. Many newer sites do this but your site will never hold page 1 or page 10 as it is. You do know that 2 lines of your footer is one link? You also have several pages duplicated with just a page name change. I'm not trying to say anything against it but as is the site will eventually drop out of site all together.
If your site is indexed in DMOZ, sometimes Google will take the DMOZ title as title for your website, but in your case, your site is not indexed in DMOZ.
