    Hello,

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
your Google ads, posing a financial risk to our AdWords advertisers.
Please note that any activity that may artificially inflate an
advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings is strictly prohibited by our
    program policies.

We understand that you may want more information about the activity we
detected. However, because we have a need to protect our proprietary
detection systems, we're unable to provide our publishers with any details
about their account activity, including any web pages or users that may
have been involved. Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend reviewing these references to learn more about invalid click
activity and other activities that could endanger your account standing:

    http://www.google.com/adsense/policies
    http://www.google.com/adsense/terms
    http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/topic.py?topic=8426

Please note that because we credit advertisers for any invalid activity we
detect, we may adjust your account earnings for any days during which
    invalid clicks occurred.

If you were clicking your ads out of interest or to see who was
advertising on your site, please note that clicking on your own ads for
any reason is strictly prohibited by our program policies. Instead, we
suggest using the AdSense preview tool as an alternative. This tool will
allow you to check the destination of ads on your page without the risk of
generating invalid clicks. For more information, please visit our Help
    Center at https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/topic.py?topic=160.

Lastly, please note that if we continue to detect invalid clicks on your
Google ads, we may take further action on your account in order to protect
our advertisers' interests. Thank you for your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

don't click on your ads, don't ask people to click your ads, report to google if you see invalid clicks.

This is a letter of luck, because some people end up with accounts closed without any warning.
Remove all adsense ads from your websites until you find a reason for this invalid clicks, because if you don't your account will be banned.

If you're not clicking on your ads, then it might be a bot in action.

Count yourself very lucky that you received a warning. Google is extremey trigger happy with banning people from Adsense. Either you are an extremely valuable asset to Google Adsense, or they felt like being nice over the holiday period, whatever you do, dont click on your own ads, dont use TOR or anything similar to click on your own ads, dont even use a remote machine to do it.

One of the best pieces of advice that I ever heard about Google is this: Google is the most sought after place to work on the internet. Some of the best educated college graduates on earth are working 24/7 to improge Google's systems not because they work for Google, but because they WANT to work for google. With measures like that in place, how could Google be wrong?

Mostly, click on your ads, asking people to click ads is the cause of invalid click

Well Great they just sent an warning letter rather than termination of account. I think such kind of things are good because initially google used to ban the users directly without any warnings...

Some people get banned even though THEY did NOT do anything stupid.

My account was closed down even though the site was never advertised - the only traffic it received was from Search engine sites. Google searches being the vast majority of hits.

They still accused my of having invalid clicks and closed the account with no warning.

So yes there are those that have a genuine complaint that Google is an A**hole especially with the BS that they will not help you track down the source of the alledged fraudulant clicks to protect their quote "Propriety detection System" unquote.

Telling us the source of the alledgedly fraudulant clicks in no way would expose how they detect it.

Well from my experience (got banned once for a similar reason) i can tell you what i was suggested by google to do.
I kept getting invalid clicks (i didn`t click ads, never asked for clicks from friends etc - it was all legit from my part), but after a few months a get a similar letter from google telling me i generate invalid clicks. I asked what to do, and they suggested to restrict my clicks to my domain.

Why? Because people who want to harm other sites, use your ads, on their sites, generating invalid clicks, and so, getting you banned from adsense. Don`t think that's possible? Yes it is, people like to do bad things to competitors ;)

It happened to me, it can happen to you. Also, ask google to keep a close eye on your account and tell you where invalid clicks come from, and ban that ip from seeing your ads. That's what you can do, that's what i did, and i got my account back and everything is going well now. :D

Hope you sort things out. Best of luck.
