Help wanted for submission work

Hi Guys I have some work similar to directory submission where you submit:
URL
Title
Description

To 30 websites I provide you, the candidate should:
1- Write good English
2- Has some experience in directory submission work
3- Preferably to be from India
4- Should be available on MSN messenger more than two hours/day from 9-5 EST

I am from India sir , but i would like to know will this work will take two hours daily and do we need to write content or you will provide us . How much you will gonna pay for this . If i like the rates than i will go for it .
