We're looking for someone to create a Facebook and MySpace site for a small but established eLearning community (PR 5). Design must be cool (visually attractive), not just a plain vanilla site. I've been meaning to do it for months but never find the time. We can't pay more than a stipend, but this would be a good portfolio credit for a web designer just starting out.
