Help Wanted - Altering Website Design, Creating Header/Banner

We're revamping our site with all new content, which we hope to have completed by the start of May. I've worked on the previous versions of our website, but I don't really know what I'm doing, so I've decided to get some help on this. I'm interested in paying to get someone(s) to make our website all spiffy. Here are the issues I'd like to address.

Our current website is at http://www.nexreg.ca - It will give you an idea of the issues we'd like to fix.

    1. Is there a way to have our header/footer and particularly our sidebar code in one master file that we call on in each of our HTML files? I'm sure this is a really naive question, but keep in mind I know nothing other than the most basic HTML. Right now whenever we decide to change the order of the links on our sidebar, etc., we have to make the change over 200 different pages. Even with find/replace programs, this still seems unnecessarily complex to me.

    2. Our header/banner. We'd like a new one, which incorporates our current logo. Our new website is going to have a version in 6 different languages, so we need a way to access the different languages (flags? dropbox?) We need this to be easily expanded in the future, as we'll probably be adding an additional language at the rate of 1 every 3-6 months.

    3. General design improvements. Any ideas you have to make the site look more professional. We're a business-to-business firm and most of our clients are corporations with sales in the 10-250 million/yr. range, so we need to look as professional as possible (so we'd like to look like IBM, Microsoft, General Eletric, etc). We need to have the current number of links on the sidebar and we'd like to keep the design element that the footer of the page is always in the same place. We also like the fact that we're not forcing the user to put up with tons of flash, etc (Simple is good). Other than that (and our logo), nothing is sacred. :)

If you're interested, please send me proposals (including cost) and examples of your previous work. We're looking to get this done soon, but it doesn't need to be done immediately.

    Thanks,

    Mike

Template is what you need. When you want to change your logo, menu, etc you just make the change in the template and automatically updates all pages connected to the template. Easy.

    Save document as Template.

What program do you use for your HTML?

I do everything manually in a notepad style program (Notetab).

The original code comes from a free template one of the guys at the company found, though it's been altered a great deal to suit our needs.
