I have purchased a domain from VERIO by mistakenly because I was unaware from the ugliness of VERIO Software. I did not find how do i access my Control Panel to get the Authorization Code for transferring my Domain to GO DADDY.COM. I also did not find how do I recover my password at VERIO. Any help in this regard will strongly recommended. Thanks in advance. I am too much frustrated because i have spend more than 8 hours over it. Please help.
