I have a forum (my sig)
The problem is that when I click on it I have to refresh once to open it.
Or when I post something it isn't jumping back to the thread. I only shows a blank page.

What is at fault? the installation or my free host (110mb)

Right now, 110mb is down, so that is a problem atm. Once they return online I will be happy to further assist you.

Why don't you ask at the vbulletin forums. That would be the best place to ask as that's where you got your license and vbulletin board. They are dedicated and will help all their customers out. It could also be one of you mods that you may have installed on your vbulletin, that's if you have installed any mods.

something is messed up there... I tried clicking new reply and my browser started to load the "newreply.php" file (like download it to my computer...).

The second time I clicked it ... worked fine.

Perhaps your free host is too slow... so that PHP is not dealing everything properly?

Well, I recommend checking out www.webhostingtalk.com - there's plenty of good hosting offers there.

I've personally used liquidweb dedicated server (around $200 per month) and it has been a really good solution for us.

How can you afford a vBulletin license and not a good webhost as well?

(I must also add that I don't know if the slow host is the problem. It might be... and on the other hand it might not).

Do you have a legal copy of vbulletin script?

Go to Admin Cp - Styles & Templates - Style Manager - in your skin select revert all to get back to normal Vbulletin.

Note : it will remove all your modifications.

I know 2 forums where one has an error and shows the encoded code of a page when you open to many forum windows to quickly and another opens the php file sometimes. I think it's the fact that you webhost has installed php on your server and it didn't install it correctly.

I had the same problem with my server when it had to be moved as something happened to another server I had. The technician set up the new server and the php didn't install properly causing php files to want to download from time to time. I told him and he realized this and had to re-install php for me.

I would ask your web hosting provider about this issue as I think it's more of a server issue than your forums or scripts.
