Hi, when you insure a package over 200$ requires them to sign for it. How do you retrive the signature?(to prove it was delivered / accepted? Paypal) If you didnt purchased extra services? ie: delivery confirmation and return signature etc.

    thanks,
    v

It appears that you can still request for the return receipt service after mailing a registered/insured mail. You just need to do it within 90 days of posting. See http://pe.usps.gov/text/dmm300/503.htm#wp1063739 . It just cost you more to do it at a cost of US$3.80 and you can request it through the post office via Form 3811-A.
