Help Upload site with wordpress, Joomla, drupal

    Is it possible to make a site kind of like funnyjunk.com where people would upload zip file and then people can download them. There would be the top 24 and then the news one upload. I guess more the question is can it be done with one of the CMS and where would I start?

    Yes, it's possible. Joomla have powerful download manager, you can use DOCman, Remository, etc.
