Can anyone help? I upgraded to Wordpress 2.7.1 but all my content has gone. I had a backup thing sent to my email address and thought that I would just need to upload this and my site would be as it was. Not sure where/how to do this. can anyone help?
Hi tiptopcat, Try this: Go to the admin panel in your WP account. On the left menu bar, click Tools, Import and the 'WordPress' link. You will be asked to upload the exported WP file, this should be the one that was sent to your e-mail address before you updated your WordPress installation. Good luck, or rather, break a leg I have only done it once, but it was a quick and painless process.
