I have unexpected shutdowns quite often. Ah, BSODs are always a problem. I suggest updating your BIOS, scanning your computer for malware and make sure you aren't overheating or anything.
@ryantb may i know how to update the BIOS? I am new to the forum... and lost in the adcenter zone lol
download the latest BIOS from your MB company, for example if u have an intel MB get the BIOS from their site's driver download section
