Help: Unable to create thread.

    I'm trying to create a thread in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum but I'm getting the error page telling me that I'm not allowed. I clicked on the link to the FAQ which tells me that I need to be a member for at least 14 days and have at least 25 posts, both of which I do have.

    I've been a member since March 29th and I've got 33 posts.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Permissions are set via a cron job. Please allow sufficient time for cron job to run.
