The first thing you need to do is contact the webhost and provide them the details...
then file a DMCA and also if they are showing google ads then contact google regarding this!!

    Contact their host. Try who.is

Or contact them directly first before you report them

    Hi,

Mostly they may want to profit over search engines. However, google is smart and knows the age of sites and content. So if you report them to search engines on duplicate content, they will be banned for minimum one year.

I am not sure how to find the hosts that steal your sites things.

    Best Regards,

    Nirmal

    Oh. Stop whining!
    Why do you even care?

    But to answer your question:
Often the most effective way is to just ask the owner friendly to remove the content.

Link to contact google about dupe content? That would be helpful for many people I imagine.

This is good that people are copying you. Now it's time to use that same talent and create something new again. It's just the nature of business, people will always copy you if you are innovative (I've been copied plenty of times), you just have to maintain that innovative spirit so you are always one step ahead. Quit worrying about how to stop it, think about how to continue it.

If you've already written to Google you've already done everything. Oh, you should also contact the webhost.

I'd contact the domain owner using who is if they aren't listed go to the web host and politely request they remove the copied content. You've already reported them so after that do some more if its being copied as CPaLeadTroy says think about how to continue doing a good job.

I'd also suggest you put who is guard on your domains so its harder for them to find any new sites you create
