help trying to get text scroll behind an image

    This is what i have so far http://innovativedsgn.com/red/page2.html And this is what I'm trying to achieve http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii257/BoYgAB90NLW/red.png I am trying to get the text behind the image and be able to scroll. I could also use help changing the default scroll on the right and removing the scroll bar at the bottom.

    You need to use "DIV"
