Help - Trying To Add A User To Database Using phpMyAdmin (Setting Up Wordpress)

    Hi,

    I need some help. I've created a database on my webhost (1and1) and when I click on the phpMyAdmin link it shows me this screen:

    When I click on the database on the left hand side of the screen it says this:


    What I'm trying to do is add a new user to my database with all privileges, but I can't find any option to add a new user. Would really be grateful for any help...

    Usually, you can't add user to db through phpmyadmin.
    I dunno which panel uses 1&1 (cPanel?), from where you've created your db, there also should be a option to create a user and to add it to your db.

    you can add one if you are the root because you can access mysql table.

    try asking your hosting support

    I've got it sorted now, thanks for the help, apparently they automatically add a user to the database when I created it.
