help! transfer my domain name...........?

Hope, i'm not mis place this topic, If I do, please move it to the proper place.

I want too transfer my domain name. I buy a domain name from A company and i want to transfer to B Company.

I it ask for the EPP code, which i can get it from Logging the domain control panel from A company, right?

The problem is the A company is down, i cant access the site? I try to contact through email, and its been 5 days, but thare is no respond.

any suggesttion where else can we get the EPP code?

 

Wow...looks like you are in a jam. I really don't think there is anything you can do if you cannot contact the company. Have you tried telephone as well as every available email address?

 

yup, i have try to phone, but looks lie its a fake number. any help?

Sorry, not much you can do without the epp code. I've had this happen where I couldn't get it, I had to email them daily, finally chasing down the owner to a forum and getting it from him there. In my case, the control panel just didn't work so I couldn't get the epp code. Try and find their staff/owner on forums if you can, then pm them there.
