Recently i sold a website via a site brokerage company, anyway we used escrow.com to complete the transaction, after few days the payment has been arrived to escrow (seller chose WIRE to fund the trnasaction) later i TRANSFERED the domain to his account. few minutes later he rejected the merchandise in the escrow panel!!! the problem is i see $0 total instead of the amount!!! does it mean escrow refunded the amount to the buyer? while he got my domain now???? Please advise! by the way i already contacted escrow support and waiting their response. thanks.
I can't believe it could happen with an escrow. What's the use of such a service then if you can't be sure that the transaction goes well..
