Help tracking movement and SALES on our site-outside Google? We want to see if our flow is working properly, are we loosing customers at some point. We want to know what our visitors are doing, like what they are typing into our internal search engine. We also are EXTREMLY interested in where each of our purchases comes from. Our old ASP site reported it with each sale. This was fantastic. We often found Bogs or articles we knew nothing about and were able to Optimize for greater sales. We now run OSC, PHP on Linix and do not have a module or service, can anyone recommend? We have Google and Yahoo both installed but we only get about 25% of our business through those ads. We want info on the other 75% Thanks.
No one can tell you about the other, except the users. You can only know that once the users tell you, or you can install some sort of spyware etc. on their system
There has to be something to track them on our site. Just with tha mannual work we do on a daily basis, we can see customers making it to checkout but not completing. Its random but seen once or twice a week, we would love to know where we are loosing them. Anyone?
