Help to review my website

Hello all, can you help me to review my website. I have to write a monthly report on this website below and send it to my manager. All I need to check is its content, its speed, and levels of site visitors' satisfaction through a survey. Moreover, as you all see, we built this site based on Magento platform so sometimes it takes a lot of time to load in product pages. So do anyone here know how to speed up Magento performance?
