    Actually i have been maded whois of this website many times, and emailed also many times the person - MURAT YIKILMAZ but no response has been given.

    If the person does not respond, it simply means they are not interested. Why bother? Look for other alternatives or you can approach one of the domains brokerage to see if they can secure that domain for you?

    You can call him and ask as Whois also gives out the phone number.
