Help! Text Link Ads is not recognising the code

I have signed up for Text Link ads ( tla.com) and followed the procedure by activating the plugin and installing the code in my theme.

Even after doing this I didn't received any mail from them. Did this happened to any one?

What should I do?

 

Are any links displaying? There should be a test link that shows if the code is correctly placed.
