[HELP] Subdomain set but it redirects

HI,

I just have added a subdomain from my CPanel account without problems but when I type http://subdomain.mysite.com it redirects to http://mysite.com/subdomain/. There's no redirect set.

My main domain is on the Public_html folder and the Cpanel created the folder subdomain on the same folder.

So, how can I solve this? do I need to move all the domain files to a new folder inside public_html/mysite/ and then create the public_html/subdomain?

Or I'm missing something here?

Hello,

In cPanel http://subdomain.mysite.com and http://mysite.com/subdomain/ are same. You can access subdomain either way. Also, when you create subdomain it will be created under public_html of main domain.
