Help stop preload of sound in Firefox

I have 14 mp3 players on a page and it works great in IE6 but in Firefox it starts to download all 14 mp3 files, nearly 14 hours of sound, causing the whole page to grind to a halt. I have tried setting parameters in the player but no good. Is there css style to fix this?

    Any help gratefully recieved.

it ain't a good idea to pre-load 14 hours of music in your browser. Firefox eats a lot of memory and maybe when you try to reload these mp3 files it lags due to memory outages. quick time is also a bad choice. Why don't you put a flash mp3 player that loads the mp3 if someone want hear it. This will save you bandwidth an save lots of time to your visitors.

    14 mp3 players? Really needed?

As the person above said, thats a lot. I'd look into a flash mp3 player.
