Help starting RSS feeds and how to use

Hi all,

Lots of people say they new to a particular subject but I am as new as you can get.

I want to start using RSS feeds on my web site but I no idea where to start. Can anyone point me to a good tutorial on how to implement and intigrate RSS in to a site.
