Help sought on two transactions

    I have two transaction issues concerning the internet

    1.How to verify my paypal account.
    I know about VCC, gcard, Vpay etc but does anyone of them carry Visa/Mastercard logo.
    Does paypal accept them?
    Has anyone got himself verified in the past 1 week.

    2.My younger brother wanted a membership at elance
    They accept only CC
    Can I use a VCC to pay them up.They accept only Visa/Mastercard

    Yes , my friend has verified his account with credit card last week. They accept credit cards with visa, american express and master logo.
