HELP: Someone has stolen our Godaddy login info and changed ownership, what to do?

    Hi All,

    Please help, My friend/customer has a godaddy account with 6 websites hosted. Someone has accessed and stolen everthing and changed ownership to the name of "jim phuriv" now we can not access via ftp anymore and all is gone.

    Please WHAT TO DO NOW ????

    Did your domain names expire and he bought them?
    What do you mean they were hijacked? Were they up for auction?

    I see you posted notice on that thread about the domains allegedly hijacked.
    You then talk to Go Daddy, though I recall you email like
    with specifics of your case.

    Get onto Godaddy straight away, sending them a legal letter if you have to. Explain that your account has been fraudently accessed and you have never given permission for any domains to be transferred.

    Try to give Godaddy a call during working hours and sort it all out, i'm quite sure they'll be happy to help you out :)
