Help solicited for adding an opt-in list

    I have a couple of small websites under PR3 for which I am looking to include an opt-in list.

    I would prefer a free tool that allows for mailing opted in customers once in a while. Any help is appreciated.

    getresponse has a free version. They include advts though. There is another service, but cannot recollect the name.
