Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slow script!

Some told me that i need to potimize my script which is why it was slow . . .. how true is it and what do i need ot do to get it going faster ?

 

Potimize... you mean optimize.

If code is "too slow" then it probably needs to be optimized. That means reducing memory usage, coding smarter so that repetetive actions only happen once and then results are cached, etc. If a database is involved things can because tougher.

 

So dho you happen to know someone that can fix me up somehow? I mean it is not that slow but having it be faster will not hurt in any way

 

Hello and you need to compress the images for faster page load there are several compressors try any sarch google for "image compressor" withou quote

The only real way for you to get the answer you are looking for is to post the script and have folks make suggestions. If it's proprietary, obfuscate the secret stuff and show the logic flow.

 

obfuscate in this scenario = put "blah blah blah" where your "secret sauce" is.

 

Are you talking about http://www.cliplot.com or some other website as far as i see cliplot loads much faster than any other video site i have seen yet
