    Hi guys,
I was wondering if someone could help me set up a blog of some sort that could get me into a CPA network. Any help should be fine. If you help me i'll gladly register under you as a referral for your CPA network.
    Thanks in advance

Creating a blog using WordPress would be the simplest way of creating one. My question to you would be even though you may get accepted into a network, would you also need assistance with promoting offers?

You don't need to have a blog/site to get approved by the network. You must call them up and tell them about your experience.

It wouldn't hurt, but definitely not necessary.

I'd prefer to have the blog as I rather not call up. And I don't have experience hence I'm asking for help.

It's easy to get a website built, just hire someone to do that for you. The difficult part for you will be how you're gaining traffic.

I agree. Traffic is going to be a problem. But I want to take one step at a time. And I'd like to do the site myself so I have control of what I do. So I'd like to get the blog up myself :)

Why don't you just go to blogger.com and start one tbere ? As everyone is trying to say this is only one step in the process. If all you want to do is get accepted by a network then you really need to show some sort of experience. Putting a blog up will not really show that kind of thing unless it is in a specific niche (which you need to find first). Also you will need to populate it with lots of information/posts so my suggestion is -
    1/ Decide on the niche
2/ Decide what you want to say on your blog
3/ Get lots of content entries (you need to make sure you have dates sorted)
4/ Then apply to the cpanetwork.
