    No problem at all with Your sitemap Buddy. You know, it's a default robot.txt for all Blogger. It's also happened to my Blog. I even got more, the last is 20 restrictions. Then, i just let it go like that. 4 or 5 days (max 1 week), Everything is back to normal. It's occured because crawl rate setting is restricted to root level domains only. Blogger is not a Self hosted Buddy. Don't worry....
