[Help] sitemap being rejected by google webmasters

    hello guys,
    I've just developed a new blog , and I tried to submit the sitemap (which built by using google-sitemap-generator for wordpress) to google webmaters. But I keep getting errors saying "unsupported file format".

    The site that keeps getting error is http://financial-consultancy.com/sitemap.xml

    here's the error msg : We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.
