    Hi guys

I have logged onto my site http://www.wocchat.com only for it to have a re-direct today as someone has hacked it, it even says so when u goto the site.

I have informed my host and php fox as its their script to try to resolve this, is there anything I can do to try to report these people, as Ive done a who is of the domain of the people doing the hacking and it comes up with a uk ip address.

I also cant find anyway to remove that re-direct, ive checked the htaccess file and this hasnt been altered at all, anyone any tips with this ?

    Woc

They may have used the index file to create a redirect in there, which I think that is what they've done because it doesn't redirect straight away.

Ping the domain of the hacker to receive their IP address, then go to whois.sc and enter the IP address. You should see a email like 'abuse@domain.com', email them explaining the situation. If they correspond, the site should be taken offline.

Move on, just use an old backup or change all your passes and check if you have any vulnerabilities.
